News: InterContinental Hotels Group acquires Six Senses in $300m deal

IHG has acquired Six Senses in a deal worth US$300 million. Formally known as Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spa, InterContinental Hotels Group acquire the hospitality and wellness company from private equity fund Pegasus Capital Advisors.
