When Is the Park Open?
SeaWorld San Antonio is currently open but temporarily closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. Reservations are required.
Aquatica San Antonio is also open but temporarily closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The water park’s season runs through September 20, 2020, but shifts to weekends only after August 9.
What Safety Measures Are in Place?
New healthy and safety measures require that guests agree to temperature screening prior to entering the park. Face coverings are required at all times except when eating, drinking, or in designated relaxation areas for all guests ages 2 and older.
Signage around rides, animal exhibits, and anywhere a queue might form will remind guests of distancing requirements. Enhanced sanitation measures include hand sanitizer stations and thorough cleanings throughout the park, especially in high-contact areas.
How Much Do SeaWorld San Antonio Tickets Cost?
Normal gate prices for single entrance SeaWorld San Antonio tickets is $75.99 for ages 3 and older. Kids under age 3 are free.
You will save money by purchasing admission tickets and experiences online, in advance. Keep in mind that if you purchase tickets directly through SeaWorld, a $9.99 service fee and taxes apply.
What Does a SeaWorld San Antonio Ticket Include?
There are four main categories of SeaWorld San Antonio tickets: Single-Day; 2-Day, 2-Park; and 3-Day, 2-Park. Within these categories, you can choose whether you’d like a same-day or advanced-purchase ticket.

How Much Is SeaWorld San Antonio Parking?
SeaWorld San Antonio parking is not included in the price of tickets and can be purchased in advance. General Parking starts at $25 and Up Close parking, which is closer to the main gate, costs $30.

How Do I Skip the Lines at SeaWorld San Antonio?
SeaWorld San Antonio offers Quick Queue passes that provide guests with express entry to rides and priority seating at shows. This is highly recommended for those who plan to queue for thrill rides which tend to have long lines. Quick Queue provides unlimited priority entrance on the following rides:

- Wave Breaker: The Rescue Coaster
- Abby’s Rockin’ Wave
- Grover’s Round Up and

Which Other SeaWorld Parks Are in or Near San Antonio?
Multi-park tickets can be purchased directly through SeaWorld Antonio that also include adjacent Aquatica San Antonio when it is open for the season. It’s not a SeaWorld Entertainment park, but you can also bundle tickets with Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
Now that you understand the various ticket options, parks, and information, here’s how to buy discount SeaWorld Antonio tickets.
1. Direct From SeaWorld San Antonio
Of course, you can buy SeaWorld San Antonio tickets through their website, which occasionally has special promotions or flash sales.
You’ll pay a $9.99 service fee and tax for online orders. However, same-day tickets are usually more expensive and you will usually save money by purchasing your SeaWorld San Antonio ticket in advance through their website. Whether the service fee adds significant cost or not depends on how many tickets you buy.
You can add the All-Day Dining deal to your ticket which includes 1 entree, 1 side or 1 dessert and 1 regular sized non-alcoholic beverage each time you visit a participating restaurant, up to once per hour until 30 minutes prior to restaurant closing time. You’ll need to show a valid ID and your ticket each time you dine.
As a reminder, the available parks include SeaWorld San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio (Seaworld’s waterpark which is adjacent to it).
2. aRes Travel (Discount Single and Combo Park Tickets)
aRes Travel is an authorized SeaWorld San Antonio tickets seller that offers discounted tickets that you can print-at-home or show on a mobile device so that you can head straight to the gate without the need to redeem a ticket voucher. (Though you do need to pick up the All-Day Dining wristband when you arrive at the park.)
aRes Travel charges a $2 convenience fee per ticket but you may still come out ahead because the discounts are steep. After purchasing your tickets, make your reservation to visit the parks.
3. Go San Antonio Card
If you plan to visit attractions outside of SeaWorld San Antonio, take a look at the popular Go San Antonio sightseeing pass. Over 25 top attractions participate including SeaWorld San Antonio, San Antonio Zoo, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
Choose to visit 3, 4, or 5 attractions over the course of 60 days with the Explorer Pass. Or, opt for Build-Your-Own to pick and choose the attractions you’d like to include.
We personally use Go City passes worldwide and I highly recommend them.
4. SeaWorld San Antonio Fun Card -Unlimited Visits Through January 3, 2021
SeaWorld San Antonio FUN Card includes unlimited visits through January 3, 2021. Check for limited blockout dates before purchasing as there is a handful throughout the year.
It also doesn’t provide parking and dining discounts but it’s a great deal seeing that it’s nearly the same price as a Single-Day ticket. (Price: $79.99/ages 3+)
There is also a 2-Park option, which includes unlimited admission to Aquatica San Antonio as well. (Price: $109.99/ages 3+)
5. SeaWorld San Antonio + Aquatica San Antonio Annual Passes
For a bit more than the Fun Card, an Annual Pass can add more value.
Bronze Annual Pass
These annual passes include unlimited admission for 12 months with some blockout dates to SeaWorld San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio.
It does include admission to some popular annual events, like the Halloween Spooktacular and Christmas Celebration. The benefits are valued at over $260. (Price: $93.75/person)
Silver Annual Pass
These annual passes include unlimited admission for 12 months with no blockout dates to SeaWorld San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio. The Silver Pass also includes admission to some popular annual events, like the Halloween Spooktacular and Christmas Celebration, and 50% off general parking. The benefits are valued at over $500. (Price: $96.50/ages 3+)
Gold Annual Pass
The Gold Annual Pass includes unlimited admission for 12 months with no blockout dates to Sea World San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio. It also includes admission to some popular annual events, like the Halloween Spooktacular and Christmas Celebration, free General Parking, four free Friend Tickets, 10% off dining, and shopping. This pass is valued at over $850. (Price: $110.25/ages 3+)
